You can’t successfully add devices. I’ve tried EVERYTHING possible, but nothing works. You just need to scan the QR code provided on the picture frame and login with your phone. Then you can just simply select the pictures that you want to play on the picture frame and add them. Here you go. All the pictures that you have added will be displayed on your picture frame. They will be saved in the picture frame local drive and you don’t need to add them again. Resend attempted, 10 minutes later, attempted again but it said must wait 1 minute between attempts… do what? Isn’t ten minutes over one minute? Some days I can access my frame through the app and other days I can’t. There have been 0 updates for this which leads me to believe no one is troubleshooting or updating the application. I would recommend getting a different brand frame if you are interested in that type of product. I wish I would have got a different brand with an app that works. I purchased 2 frames about a month apart - 1 for my grandma and one for my MIL both of whom lived more than an hour from me. We were able to get 4 additional people logged into my MILs frame and 3 people logged into my grandma’s. We were given an email address for each as well which was distributed as desired but I’m not sure if anyone used. I am the owner of both frames and can not log into atatat via app, and I haven’t been able to for years. I tried creating a new account but the app freezes and shuts down. Or doesn’t send me codes via email or phone number. It’s absolutely worthless. No one can access the frame from their app anymore. My grandma passed away and we wanted to pull some of the photos from the frame for her funeral. We had to buy a USB drive and export the photos manually from the frame because despite MANY people having downloaded the app to send photos to the frame at some point, it no longer works for anyone. Extremely disappointing. Can only add photos via USB drive in person now. Defeats the whole purpose. I tried calling customer service and talked to someone that was simultaneously telling their child to go to bed. He said he’d fix things and hung up. Yeah, um, no. Do not download. ### 1/5 — Poor software *2024-03-16* I have tried several times to upload new pictures. The app keeps giving me a network problem notification, but the network is fine. I tried to delete the app and reinstall but no go. Very frustrated. ### 1/5 — Poor app!! *2024-02-27* I love the frame I’ve had for a year, but hate the app. It often takes awhile for the app to reconnect to the frame. After many times of turning off the frame, disconnecting from WiFi, connecting again, then eventually the app will finally connect so I can add pictures. But now for the last week I’ve tried every day and it no longer will connect. I’ve tried to get a hold of customer service with no luck. I purchased this ATATAT frame for my mother’s Birthday last year; as many of her generation tend to be, she is not technically savvy, and never endeavored to setup the ATATAT frame; which sat unopened in the box until I returned for a visit this past Thanksgiving. While in town, visiting Mom I finally had a chance to set up the ATATAT frame for her—thinking I would be able to share current pictures with her, without subjecting her to technological torutures. To my great disappointment— after several hours of attempts, research, troubleshooting, and unsuccessfully trying to reach the manufacturer—I found the aforementioned ATATAT Frame to be entirely useless. Far beyond the return window; my only recourse is to warn future customers against purchasing the ATATAT Frame. The ATATAT software fails to update, continually, and manufacturer is suspiciously absent from the web. The ATATAT App is available in the App Store (only 41 ratings averaging 1.7 stars) but does not work, and seems to be a sham, spyware, or suspect at best. ATATAT app is developed by “SanKeXiaoCao (ShenZhen)IOT Technology Company Limited” boasting a ONE 1 Star ⭐️ rating, which is shameful for a product that was so widely sold. The App compells you to agree to its privacy and legal agreements which are suspiciously unavailable, leading to a defunct page when you click on the link provided. (Spyware perhaps?) I’ve been unable to reach the company or find a viable custom support line, and I’ve only found negative reviews online. For a product carried by Amazon, Walmart, and several other major retailers; I am surprised at the poor quality and nebulous footprint of the ATATAT product I purchased. If ATATAT/sellers would like to prove me wrong, I would be greatly surprised— although I would welcome, a refund or legitimate functioning replacement product, that doesn’t seem like spyware. DO NOT BUY!!!! ### 1/5 — No support *2023-08-18, version 1.4.3* Atatat is like a gimmick company. There is no real contact for support. The number is a mobile phone. I don’t remember my password. The code is not being sent to reset my password. I need help but there is no one to help.
