Kaydımı temmuz ayında yapmıştım bugün itibari ile ücretimi de ödedim uygulamada bilgilerim görünüyor fakat kullanıcı bulunamadı diye hata veriyor danışmanım da görünmüyor. Müşteri hizmetlerine de üniversitenin çağrı merkezine de baglanamiyorum dönem başlayacak ve hiçbir şekilde bu problem giderilmedi kimseye de ulaşamıyorum lütfen bir çözüm bulun
