All the critical info you need is right in your face and easy to comprehend even for the old school like me! I tell everyone it is money well spent!! ### 2/5 — Still buggy *2024-01-12* Uploading documents via taking a photo is bugged. The cropping tool doesn’t show up ### 2/5 — Not living up to the hype *2023-12-11, version 3.1.6* The new app is missing some of the functionality the old app has. For instance, I used to be able to share a pdf document, such as a lumper receipt or settlement, from an email or text directly to the app. Now, I can’t get the app to populate in the shared menu so I have to download the document and then go into the app to upload it to ATBS. There’s also several menu items that they’re still working on, so if you’re trying to find resources, sorry, but they’re working hard to get it going. The per diem tracker is easier to use. The graphs, well, they could use work. All in all, this seems like it was rushed to get out. This app doesn’t feel like it was properly beta tested before being put out and still needs work. ### 5/5 — Love it *2020-11-12, version 1.3.0* App makes it very easy to submit receipts. App is very easy to use. ### 3/5 — Super Easy...but *2020-07-09, version 1.3.0* The app is super easy to use, but I’m concerned the receipts are getting processed properly or timely. I’ve had some held up in processing or uploaded for weeks. That concerns me. ### 5/5 — Easy Breezy Beautiful *2020-07-08, version 1.3.0* Yes! This app is a great help. I had some receipts I never got around to turning in because it was a hassle. Downloaded the app, had to have some help to fix my password but that’s cuz I’m not technology and locked myself out. They helped me fix it quickly. And now, all caught up on turning in receipts. When I get more. Snap pic, hit a button or two, leave a description of item if needed and DONE! What was supposed to be easier has become a nuisance to use. All e receipts now have to clutter either my folder or photo album. I’m better off just emailing everything from now on. It is east to use, great for when the receipt is in front of me. Is the little things that count. ### 1/5 — New look is nice but now useless to me *2023-11-18* New look is great, documents have not migrated to new system and now the app is no longer on the share menu when I try to transfer a document from another app to ATBS for digital receipts, rendering it completely useless to me. Goodbye ATBS ### 1/5 — Used to work not anymore *2021-07-07, version 2.0.0* Used to work perfectly and was easy to use, but since the 6/21 update it doesn’t work at all. On any device. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled, still doesn’t work. If you can get it to actually scan the document instead wigging out, it shuts down the app completely. It’s now useless and “app support” is non existent. ### 1/5 — ATBS app *2020-08-05, version 1.3.0* Installed app and created password. I got logged in fine but the next time I tried logging in I got an invalid username or password notice. Reset password and logged in again. Next time I tried logging in same notice. This time it won’t resend email to reset password. ☹️ ### 1/5 — Cannot log in *2020-05-08, version 1.0* Unable to login. They keep up with all my taxes, expenses, maintenance so that way I don’t have to keep them thru the year. The app makes it so simple to scan everything in through the year as you need to submit. No need to wait per quarter or annually. They send out monthly profit and loss statements comparing your performance with the industry average letting you know where you stand and if there are ways to improve. These guys are super helpful and transparent. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed for sure. ### 5/5 — My experience with ATBS (2 years now) *2024-08-07, version 4.3.0* I’ve had the pleasure of working with ATBS now for 2 years or so now. Absolutely the greatest group I could’ve ever asked for! Evan Becker has been my go to guy since the beginning and has always without question made my business his business! No matter how dumb my questions are he along with the rest of their team, always takes them seriously and does the best at explaining and making sure I understand my options. Couldn’t imagine doing this without them!
