From the list we should then be able to add directly. ### 3/5 — Lot of bugs in app... service is good.. need to maintain the quality of goods delievered *2018-06-05* Please fix so many bugs in your app like when scrolling for home utility the list shows next page and does not comes back to first page.. slight scroll also changes the products.. this is happening in all sections except in fruits and veggies and spices/masala sections. On a good part this app os working great in terms of delievery instantly and thus a great comfort sitting at home... one suggestion to add milk to the lists.. Another i would say u were great initially with the quality, however nowadays in my past orders i could see a decrease in providing good quality products and due to this i need to return them at doorstep.. most of the time i have to especially call to ensure providing good quality watermelon mangoes etc.. please be consistent as uou were earlier and provide good quality products and i am sure this will suceed forever.. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Average quality, worst customer service *2022-06-24* It’s a hit and miss experience with Atcost. The fruits and vegetables are sometimes of decent quality. But sometimes they send bad quality stuff and when something like this happens, the customer care is non-existent. Neither do people answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails or feedback registered on the app. Overall it’s not a good experience and it’s better to order from your local shop. Atleast they have a two way communication. ### 1/5 — Order not delivered but they’ve accepted the money and not returning it now *2020-04-06* I’ve placed an order on 4th April ‘20. It had to got delivered by 5thapril’20. And now I’ve not received any notification any update about my order and I’ve paid already for the same. I tried contacting through your queries 20 times but no response received yet! Atleast don’t bully customers in this hard time! ### 1/5 — Pathetic fruits and vegetables *2019-04-16* Initially there services were very good but as they have spread as people say the bigger u become the worse u become...it’s been so harassing every time I order fruits and vegetables they are not fresh...something or the other is rotten or spoiled...the reason I stopped using there services for a long while and started with it again but it has become all the way more bad with rotten papaya, watermelon, garlic , mushrooms and almost everything that has come...never use there online services...highly not recommended. ### 2/5 — Money not refunded for the item returned *2021-06-09* There needs to be a customer care hotline. The store numbers that u share never seem to answer or help. And the procedure of money refund for returned item should also be clear. Last time I returned muskmelon. The money never credited in my account ### 2/5 — Quality of vegetables and fruits *2020-07-26* I received a rotten mango during my last order delivery. The quality of vegetable delivered is not good. Pieces not picked up carefully. Person picking up the vegetable and fruit should choose each piece carefully. Also the prices are shown in price list is indicative such as “ for Weight range 800 gm to 1kg. So cost for actual weight should be considered during billing. Hope you will take action on my feed back and improve upon. ### 2/5 — Sometimes I feel like cheated. *2020-07-03* I am using this app from last 2.5 years. I have always been problem related to 2 things which makes this good app an ordinary one. 1st is The weight is not exact mentioned it is given tentative which is actually like cheating. We don’t know actually what exact amount of fruit or vegetables we are getting. 2nd is its delivery charges. What so ever you order, they r always charging delivery charges which is actually wrong. Please try to become an honest app instead of like an ordinary one. ### 3/5 — Services needs to be improved. *2022-08-12* Minimum amount of order for getting free delivery is around 600Rs, which is too much. Sometimes they don’t have product but they accept it and then don’t deliver by refunding in app wallet besides actual mode of payment which is annoying. ### 3/5 — Quality stuff but missing items from the order in every delivery *2021-04-25* I have made two orders so far and in both deliveries, one item was missing which is fine untill the amount is refunded. In the past order the refunds were not made despite series of follow-ups. The customer agents are rude and they have no answer for the unnecessary amount deducted for something marked as excess (not sure what that means) ### 3/5 — QUALITY OF VEGETABLES AND FRUITS *2020-06-18* The quality of vegetables is not good. Items like tomatoes sometimes stink very foul. It was brought to the notice of delivery man. Once the water melon had puncture and white lather was coming out of it. One day the delivery man informed that Papaya is deficient in delivery and he will deliver it next day but nearly a fortnight has passed he has not come back. I would recommend that quality of vegetables and fruits be improved so that we can recommend At Cost to friends and relatives ### 3/5 — Inavailability of products required. *2018-11-04* It’s quite disheartening to find out at the time of checking out on order that almost half the things I placed order for were not available for delivery.
