## What is Ate It! Picky Eater Food Log?

Ate It! is a gentle food diary for parents of picky or selective eaters. It quietly records the foods your child can eat — no scores, no comparisons. Every little step is a treasure.

Who it's for

- Families worried about a short list of accepted foods
- Parents who want to share how mealtimes go at home with a nursery, therapist, or doctor
- Anyone who wants to remember that first bite and look back on it later

What you can do

Foods we can eat
Note the foods your child accepts now, along with the conditions that help (soft, warm, cut small, with a topping, and so on). You can also flag an allergy note.

One-bite log
Record the day with a single tap: "Not yet", "One bite", or "Ate it!". Go at a pace that feels right.

Little wins
Look back gently on the steps forward, like the first time a new food was accepted.

Make a summary
Export a clean PDF of accepted foods and recent little wins to share with a nursery, teacher, or doctor. Whether and with whom you share it is always your choice.

Made to feel safe

- Everything stays on this device only. No account, no tracking.
- This app is a personal record, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Before changing your child's diet — especially regarding allergies or foods that can cause choking — please talk to your pediatrician or a feeding specialist.

Pricing

Registering up to 5 foods, plus logging and looking back, is free forever. Unlimited foods and exporting the summary PDF can be unlocked with a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription.

Here's to cherishing every small "I ate it!" together.
