The app photo shows the chicken with white mayo, but it was served with orange sweet chili mayo instead. I later noticed the description mentions sweet chili mayo, so the restaurant served the correct item. It’s disappointing of course, the photo is misleading and caused unnecessary confusion. Please update the photo to match the actual product so customers know what to expect. ### 1/5 — False advertising *2025-07-15, version 30.1* Falsely advertising for $5 off first purchase. There’s no $5 off and it’s misleading consumers ### 1/5 — They’re liars, I caught them in multiple lies. *2025-07-10, version 30.1* I ordered from this app pretty consistently for a couple months, 8 or 9 times then they changed up all their deals to pick up only. When I asked if this was temporary they replied that they’re adding new deals soon (implying it was temporary) it wasn’t. A fast food app where all the deals are pick up only??? That’s wild. They also give you different amounts of food btw!! If you do pick up even though you’re paying less because you’re picking up so not paying the delivery fees you are getting significantly less food, it costs more to do pick up if you do the math, honestly the fact they aren’t transparent about that isn’t actually legal. There were so many other lies and contradictions, but I don’t want to make this review too long. Such a shady company and I’m so disappointed because I genuinely loved their food but I can not support a company that treats its customers the way I was treated. When I mentioned that I felt scammed I was just told I was wrong and made to feel dumb but math isn’t wrong and I don’t appreciate being belittled when I am 10000% correct. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-07-01, version 30.1* Absolute horrible app, extremely time consuming to sign up n go through the usual password needing 4000 characters for a simple rewards app then the rewards not available. I used it when it was first introduced to my local, but for ages now have not been able to login or reset my password. The frustration of trying to use an unusable APP makes missing the points a relief. What is the point of hotels subscripting to an APP that just angers their customers? I use other hotel & club apps & have found Ate Rewards the POOREST. Get your act together as your app is NOT serving its purpose at all. ### 2/5 — Can’t sign in anymore after update *2025-02-06, version 27.2* I’ve been using the app to order for years without issue. After the latest update my password gets rejected and I can’t reset the password anymore. Basically preventing me from ordering from Noodlebox going forward. Unfortunately, I have never received my sign up voucher nor am I able to verify my account to access my rewards due to a broken app and website, I have tried both and have double checked my phone number. Yet I still receive emails and they still take my money. I also recently discovered Supreme Leader Korean chicken, yum!
