## What is AtelierRecords for Collectors?

Keep your art collection records together, from acquisition to the next generation.

AtelierRecords organizes artwork photos, ownership history, appraisals, insurance records, and legacy plans on your iPhone. Available in English and Spanish. The app follows your preferred language; you can also choose its language in iOS Settings.

No account, no cloud processing, and no AI. Your titles, names, and notes stay as you entered them when you change languages.

RECORD EACH PIECE
Organize paintings, sculptures, works on paper, furniture, silver, porcelain, textiles, and other art. Save identifying details, dimensions, dates, edition numbers, catalogue raisonne references, signatures, and photographs of the front, reverse, details, and installation.

START FREE
- One piece with basic details and up to four photos
- First ownership, transaction, appraisal, and condition record per piece
- Collection summary and suggestions for missing details
- General research reference links
- Free single-piece PDF with embedded photos and a Markdown text copy
- Free illustrative previews of six professional reports
- App Lock with Face ID or Touch ID, and optional appraisal and insurance reminders
Existing saved records remain readable and editable without Plus.

PLUS FOR A GROWING COLLECTION
- Unlimited pieces and up to 50 photos per piece
- Further ownership, transaction, appraisal, and condition records
- Rule-based ownership-gap reference flags, tailored research resources, and structured research notes
- Insurance policies and itemized schedules
- Beneficiary designations, personal wishes, and tax-basis notes
- Six professional PDFs: Insurance Schedule, Provenance Pack, Due Diligence Reference, Estate Inventory, IRS Form 8283 Companion, and Comprehensive Collection Archive
PDF and Markdown labels follow the app language. Reports are generated on your device. Insurance formats and the IRS companion retain their original purposes; Spanish support does not change their jurisdiction or make them official documents.
