## What is ATF?

The EDA App allows the user to calculate the Net Explosive Weight (NEW) of explosives to be detonated/countercharged using more accurate data for TNT equivalency for Homemade Explosives as a part of the application. This information is utilized to conduct safe explosives disposal operations.
