This app makes it all the way to payment and then “has a problem”. But if you start again, the tickets you just tried to buy are no longer available & you have to wait a few hours for the system to reset. Why is this seemingly so difficult? Dice and AXS are much smoother. (On the website, I tried to create an account. I received an email code, but when I tried to purchase tix, the entry for email is blank and frayed out and the transaction goes nowhere.) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ### 3/5 — Tickets belong in Apple Wallet *2026-08-06, version 1.3.0* You shouldn’t have to open the app to show your tickets. They should be added to Apple Wallet. I really hate how this works. ### 2/5 — Stuck in London *2026-07-20, version 1.2.2* The Apple not allow me to switch to Broadway shows. It will only show West End locations in London. The web website will let me switch back-and-forth, but the app only lists locations in the United Kingdom. ### 2/5 — Keep Getting Payment Errors *2026-07-14, version 1.2.2* This site is great to buy tickets until you get to the payment page. Then it declines and says to call Box Office. So called the box office and they said not sure why declining payment because everything was valid. It’s too bad. I had been trying for over an hour to book tickets and it just kept crashing at every next step. It hasn’t been tested on iPhone 12. When you select a seat there’s no option to book it or add the seat on the iPhone. The screen buttons don’t show. I eventually had to book using the browser. Just used it again and it has variously said that the order was confirmed and that there was an issue and do I want to book again. This has happened more than once where we have selected seats and then went to check out and then was redirected and then the screen was gone. I can’t download them or add to apple wallet.
