Phone access poor
Phone access rarely works, no support to solve
Avoid this app and the dashcam that goes with it.
This app connects to the Dashcam some dealers sell you when purchasing a new car and it is absolute garbage. It hasn’t been updated in two years and that tells you all you need to know. These people should have a good long, hard look at themselves for the money they are charging and for the poor quality they are providing. All fails to connect to the camera most times. If it does connect it drops the connections before you can even start reviewing the files.

Camera fine. App useless
This camera was already in our brand new car when we bought it. Worked fine until they stopped updating the app! Now the only way to retrieve footage is to take the sd card out and use my computer. Technically doable however very inconvenient. And it was so easy to use. Literally open the app and select the footage I needed to view or download and bam just like that it was saved to my phone! I was actually really impressed. Well now I’m just disappointed as it seems the app stopped working with an iPhone update. So I would not recommend this camera to anyone as without the ease of using through an app, it’s nothing special.

Barely works
Worst app ever for DashCam not only is it hard to work with also barely able to use it at all needs to get much better as won’t even connect anymore comes up with error message
Worst app ever
This has to be the WORST APP in the history of the world! Can’t use it unless you are in the car and change a dozen different settings on your phone. That seems handy if you are ever in an emergency and need footage immediately - not. Won’t connect, finally connects, disconnects, finally reconnects them won’t let me see file footage because it’s live recording and won’t let me stop live recording. Like others, I was sold the cam with a new car for $2,500. Maybe the hardware is worth that but the app would get zero stars if that were possible.
