The amount of verification required is excessive, and even after following every step, there’s no guarantee you’ll regain access to your account. The app is meant to make sending and receiving money easier, not create unnecessary obstacles for legitimate users. Please simplify the account recovery and device change process. Just by your phone number people can look up your name and the app offers NO privacy setting to hide this if you wish.
