## What is Atha Phone?

Atha Phone is the internal communications app for Property Management Inc. staff. It brings your PMI phone line, team messaging, texting, and voicemail together in one place.

• Make and receive calls on your PMI number
• Put callers on hold and transfer to a teammate or call queue
• Team messaging with photo sharing

Access requires a PMI-provisioned account. This app is for authorized PMI personnel and is not intended for the general public.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-25

Post a notice with no signal.

Service at the door doesn't wait for bars. Capture the whole notice —
photos, GPS, and the time you served it — with or without a connection.
The app holds it and uploads the moment you're back in range, and a
pending badge shows you exactly what's still owed.

New
• Offline notice posting. Nothing is lost if you drive away before it uploads.
• Queued uploads now finish on their own, so switching to Maps or closing
  the app no longer stalls them.
• The app now confirms the service time that was recorded matches the time
  you were actually at the door, and tells you when it doesn't.

Fixed
• Placing a call no longer leaves you stuck "In a Meeting" and off the queue.
• Sign-in accepts your full 8-digit code, and the Google button no longer
  appears for accounts it can't sign in.

Something not working right? Tell us — we'd rather hear it than have you
work around it.

Reliability
• Your phone now rings on incoming calls even when the app has been
  closed for hours or days. You no longer need to open it first.
• Calls ring your phone and your computer at the same time, so you can
  answer on whichever is closest.
• Fixed crashes that could keep an incoming call from ringing at all.
• Answering from the lock screen now opens the right in-call screen,
  including Transfer.

Calls
• Added an in-call keypad so you can navigate phone menus.
• Fixed outbound calling being blocked after certain calls.
• Your queue status no longer sticks on "On a Queue Call" after you hang
  up, and now updates live.

Messages
• Photo and video attachments now appear in text threads.
• Links in messages are tappable.
• Long-press a message to delete it.

Also new
• Scan collection checks and title transfer statements from the app.
• Notices show the resident's current balance due.
• A reminder if you're still clocked out during business hours.
