## What is Athalyze?

Athalyze is an analytics-first training platform built for multi-device athletes.

If you record the same workout on multiple devices (Apple Watch, Garmin watch or bike computer, Whoop, Oura, or Google Health devices like Pixel Watch and Fitbit), Athalyze combines those recordings into one clean activity. It selects the most reliable data for each metric and preserves the originals so you can compare inputs and trust the result.

Multi-Device Merging
• Automatically combine multi-device recordings into a single, clean activity
• Choose the best data per metric for more accurate stats, and fine-tune device priority per metric so your preferred source always wins
• Compare metrics across devices on one chart — every source keeps its own consistent color, and you can tap a swatch to show or hide it
• Import FIT files with advanced metrics, including Garmin FIT developer fields like core body temperature
• See device source changes within a single recording when available, such as heart rate switching between Apple Watch and AirPods Pro

Vitals: Your Morning Health Check
• Wake up to last night's HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, SpO2, skin temperature, and sleep in a single view
• Every vital is compared against your own typical range, so you know at a glance when something's off
• Get a morning alert when a vital falls outside your range
• Check your vitals right from your Apple Watch
• Daily metrics like steps and blood glucose are charted against your typical range too, so real changes stand out from day-to-day noise

Personal Records
• See your best efforts across a wide range of standard distances, from short intervals to marathon and ultra distances
• Track best power efforts across sprint to endurance durations, from seconds to one hour
• Filter by activity type, time period, and other criteria to zoom in on meaningful PRs

Curves
• Visualize your best effort as a curve on a chart
• Compare curves across different time periods to see how your fitness is changing

Correlation Heatmaps
• See how any two metrics relate across all your activities, like pace versus stride length or cadence versus ground contact time
• Pick any two metrics and any time period, and compare two periods side by side to see how the relationship has changed

Histograms and Trends
• Use histogram views to see how your training distribution changes over time for pace, power, stride length, core body and skin temperature, and other metrics

Gear
• Track shoes, bikes, and other gear, and see which workouts used each item
• Monitor total mileage so you know when it is time to replace or service gear

Devices
• See every device you have ever used and all activities that device has been part of
• View device history, including battery level trends when available
• Get notified when a device battery is low or critical

Challenges
• Create and join step challenges that accept step data from multiple devices so friends and family can compete together
• Keep accurate step totals even if you swap devices, such as a Garmin watch in the morning, Apple Watch in the evening, and iPhone when you are not wearing a watch
• Get push notifications when your place in a challenge changes

Built for athletes who want a training log that is accurate, complete, and easy to trust.
