## What is Athan?

Athan shows today's prayer times on a single 24-hour dial and calls you to every salah with the full adhan, even when your iPhone is on silent.

PRAYER TIMES, AT A GLANCE
• Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha around one dial, with a live countdown to the next prayer
• Gregorian and Hijri dates side by side
• A monthly timetable

THE ADHAN THAT ACTUALLY RINGS
• Adhan alarm: the full adhan plays as a system alarm, through silent mode and Focus, until you stop it
• Or choose a 30-second adhan notification, a gentle chime or a silent banner, for each prayer
• Reminders 5 to 60 minutes before any prayer
• Jumu'ah reminder on Fridays and a suhoor reminder in Ramadan
• Beautiful adhan voices, including Makkah and Mishary Alafasy

QIBLA, MADE SIMPLE
• A big arrow points the way to Makkah and the screen turns lime when you face the Qibla, with a gentle tap
• Distance to Makkah in your own units

ACCURATE WHEREVER YOU ARE
• Calculation methods including Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, ISNA, Egyptian, Karachi, Moonsighting Committee, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, MUIS, Tehran and Diyanet
• The method used in your country is chosen for you
• Standard or Hanafi Asr, high-latitude rules, and per-prayer minute adjustments to match your mosque
• 12-hour or 24-hour time

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, العربية, اردو, فارسی, Türkçe, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, বাংলা, हिन्दी, Français, Deutsch, Español, Русский, Nederlands, Kiswahili and O‘zbek, switchable inside the app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no analytics. Prayer times are calculated on your iPhone and your location never leaves it.
