Fixes the home screen being cut off at the bottom on some iPhones — the next-prayer countdown is now always fully visible, on every screen size.

Choose what you hear at prayer time: the full athan, the takbir, “come to prayer”, the closing, vibrate only, or silent. Every sound is part of the athan itself — no chimes or tones. Fajr still carries the tathwib when the full athan is chosen.

Fixes a problem where masjid staff could unintentionally clear their masjid's board settings, and where the settings screen was difficult to scroll. Also fixes being unable to return to sign-in after choosing to continue without an account.

Fajr now plays the morning call. The Fajr athan carries the tathwib — الصلاة خير من النوم — and the app no longer plays the ordinary athan at Fajr.
