I love that there is a bunch of different programs that you can choose from to help achieve your personal goals. I already completed Elite in 3 Volume 1 and now I’m starting Volume 2. The only thing I don’t like is the layout of the programs looks a little messy. I wish there were slides of each exercise instead of just listing them idk if that makes sense but besides that small critic I love the app

The layout is user friendly. The progression in movements logically connect and prove to support a person in challenging themselves. There is a program available to suit practically every fitness goal, including at home workout routines. The versatility and detail-defined workouts, set the standard for other trainers. We love it here.
