### 2/5 — Can’t open app since recent update

The app won’t open on my iPhone since the most recent update. Tried restarting phone. I have a buyer I need to communicate with so I am afraid to delete the app and reopen it. I was enjoying the app until this problem. Hope there is a way to resolve it.

This program does not allow you to upload old editions, very frustrating. Nor does it allow u to comment about the condition of the book

**Developer response:** Hi Irob2. Any book, no matter how old, can be uploaded. However, it depends if your school admin has approved the book or not. Please contact them so that they can add it to their database. 
In terms of the condition of the book, you are able to set the condition type (new, poor, etc.), but for more information it is recommended to message the seller directly. This allows for a cleaner experience in the marketplace. If there is anything else you would like to clarify, please email george@athenaforschools.com.

I deleted and reinstalled and it still crashes.

UPDATE: I received immediate response that there was a fix in the next update. I updated the app and it seems to work now. So upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars based on excellent customer service. 
Would give 5 stars if we were able to attach pictures in the chat so we can see what condition the book we are buying is actually in so we don’t have to go to our phone messenger to do so.

For buying and selling books. Intuitive and easy to use. Fantastic customer service. I emailed when I was having trouble with the app, got a quick response to let me know they were working on a fix AND a follow up email to let me know the fix was in and asking me to confirm my problem was solved!

Amazing app! It’s so cute and easy to use and I’ve been able to sell so many of my old textbooks and books from previous classes. There was a little bug where I couldn’t open the app because it kept crashing, but I emailed the developers and they were so kind and apologetic and fixed the bug in a couple days. Highly highly recommend!

Love the ease of use of the app.  It would be great If when you scan and put the condition of the book in it shows the range of what people are charging so you can price competitively.

Our independent school in the US signed up to allow parents in our community to buy and sell to each other. It is perfect for our new socially distanced world and much better pricing than trying to sell books online. Highly recommend! Fairly priced for the school too.
