When delegating by voice, you are able to get information to your Executive Assistant faster, anytime, and at any place. Delegating by voice is 4x faster than delegating via email/message. Our app allows you to delegate easily at the gym, when you’re jumping between meetings, or maybe even outside walking your dog. Use Athena Delegation to: • Auto-record. After setting up the app, it will instantly record audio every time you open it. Just talk and hit send. • Auto-close. After you send a memo, the app will automatically close so you can get back to work. Making a voice memo and sending it via email / todo list takes 5-10 taps — any you'll never do it. Athena's app is really well designed and makes it incredibly easy to send a voice memo quickly. Having it on my Mac is a game changer — I leave it open and as I think of things throughout the day, it's just a tap away. Built-in integrations with Slack and email mean I can send the voice memos to the right channel so I can explain any additional things or collaborate easily.
