But the iPhone app doesn’t and never has. You cannot attach a patient chart. While the version in athena one supports groups, the iPhone app doesn’t appear to - I can’t find my groups when I type the group name. And when typing individual recipient names, it often double- enters the name after selecting from matches, then you have to delete the second entry (often a partial name), which sometimes deletes both entries, then you have to start over again. The new version does seem to upload attachments - usually images - faster and more reliably than the old one did. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for reaching out. We’d like to clarify that attaching a patient chart is not currently supported in the mobile app. For the issues you mentioned with group search and duplicate recipient entry, we tried replicating the issue in the production environment at our end but unfortunately could not replicate it. To successfully debug and resolve the issue, our team would need your username and practice ID details. It would be very helpful if you could submit a Salesforce case referencing this review, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Now, it requires to sign in everytime you open the app. Not sure what the point of that was as it takes away the convenience of the app and takes time to sign in everytime I need to use the app. Pretty pointless app now since it takes 10 min to sign in bc of verification methods and load times. Have told Athena support almost monthly, yet no fix ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-06-14, version 19.7.45* The app is almost entirely unusable because once you tap on one of the fields the rest of the controls like the word “send” disappear below the screen and you can’t scroll down to it. ### 1/5 — Nightmare *2022-06-02* The app constantly asks me how I like the app. Every single time, I select it needs improvement. Then it asks me if I'd like to share feedback, which I say yes. Then it tells me that an error occurred and that I’m unable to submit a Feedback response. So if you’re looking to fix anything, try fixing the feedback option so that users can give you accurate feedback about how much this app constantly causes problems. I can assure you once I am able to, I can give you a laundry list of features that you are lacking, and bugs that you need to address. Until then, take the one star. It doesn’t look good when it asks you to provide help detailing problems, and then provides a problem you can’t even detail. Update. Now it says I need the updated version, which I already have.
