I’ve tried resetting the password & it never sends the requested email. I can go to google and find Athenahealth.com from there my email address & password log me in with no problem. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t allow login *2020-04-24, version 4.0.7* Doesn’t work at all. She’s had login issues for weeks without any resolution. Clicking the link to “reset my password” does nothing. Doesn’t work well at all. *2018-12-24, version 4.0.4* I had issues with the previous version because it did not pull data from apps (like nutrition data from MyFitnessPal) other than my blood sugars which it read from Apple Health. The new version appears to have stripped that away and also lost my care team. Without those two things the app is now less than worthless to me and to my care team. **Developer response:** Hi BenjPhoto – we sincerely appreciate your feedback on the connectivity of our app and are working on improving this. For your daily tasks, the tasks can be edited by your Nurse Navigator on your behalf. Please reach out to your nurse navigator to edit and adjust your patient care plan with the tasks and schedule that you’ve requested. ### 1/5 — I cannot log in to use from my phone. *2018-12-13, version 4.0.4* I just received a updated app a few minutes ago and still can’t log into my account! When I try to change the password after getting locked out I request an email to change the password however the email never comes. Every day I get an email telling me I have tasks to complete, which is useless since I can’t even log in. Sounded like a good idea but poorly managed Update- since the developer asked me to update my review I tried to use the app again. I added a star: I was able to log in. however, I still don’t know how I’m supposed to use it. Because the app does not explain who my ‘care manager’ might be. I guess I’m being obtuse but I think there should be an intro page giving more info on who set the tasks and who is my “care manager” Hope the developer doesn’t bother me again, it’s my opinion and looks like it’s shared by the majority of reviewers. **Developer response:** Please note, this app does not have any relation to the Athena Patient Portal and requires separate login credentials.
