For athens i opened it up and it wanted to charge me € for each tour. Deleted immediately

Provides only minimal information about each landmark. Does not take the place of a tour book or tour guide. The app did not properly map each landmark to our specific location. Not very worthwhile if you want anything more than a sentence about each site.

Decent app and the augmented reality feature is quite useful. Would be nice to edit/personalise the tours though. In Athens, gps tracking is not great due to built up areas, I assume, but it worked reasonably well. First tour is free then you have to pay.

Very nice program identifies all the points of interest with directions and distance from your location.  The gps locator is very helpful and led us to the sights and back to the hotel. The sites are identified by text, photo, and audio and walking tours very well planned.
