I’m riding a 450x and it has been absolutely amazing. I’ve stopped driving my car unless it’s a family trip because I love riding the 450x. I’m using it in Sri Lanka and some of the functions are not available here. I would love to have magic twist work because I always use the throttle to slow down before apply brakes. Please Ather team, give us magic twist

Regrettably, it is true that the vehicle has not been functioning properly for the past three days. Due to the rainy weather conditions, we have not been able to ride it. The Ather staff has informed us that there are some issues with the software update. I purchased the vehicle in January, and unfortunately, the current condition is not satisfactory.

I don’t know what’s wrong with these people they are least bothered about the user experience as the days oases they don’t even care what issues user is facing becoming worst then Ola now a days my vehicle charger is not working since 20 days now and they are least bother about it. The service manager calls and ask to charge the vehicle in grid when it comes to there mistake they tell this if not they ask now to charge the vehicle more in grid since it can damage battery as it’s fast charger. I was promised that charger will be fixed by Wednesday but no contact and 1 lady from there escalation team contact me just told I’m checking sir but till now she is checking god only knows what the big deal that she needs 20days to check.

Especially after any updates the app does not work for 15-20 days. The app is so bad that you cannot even submit or raise tickets for any issues. It simply says “Ticket creation failed”.

On the scooter side also there are multiple issues. Don’t know why I have paid for Ather Stack when most of the functionalities that they claim don’t work. There is no map support for turn-by-turn navigation etc. you cannot take calls/ see details as they claim on the screen despite the phone being connected, you cannot control music. Have raised this issue multiple times. All they have to say is try updating the software or if issue persists visit service centre. Service centres are few and far between. Also you cannot book slots through the app. Very pained by the app and software.

There is no reason to have Ather app on the phone because it will not allow to connect Ather ritza s in Nepal. This is the simple basic feature that support to have every electric owner.

The updates are really good and but the software team is really bad because of release of late updates 🥲 and if possible release it soon as possible in phased manner itself atleast per month one major update and because the people will attract to the upcoming updates and they get interest to buy and one more feedback remote control charging id good feature but turning off automatically at a certain time or battery percentage will not effect battery life instead of 100% and people who wants to turn of charging at midnight times will help them more easily people no need keep alarm for that to turn off charging I hope u understood please take this feedback in to ur consideration

I'm thoroughly impressed with the Ather app - it's incredibly seamless and versatile in its functionality, which honestly makes a lot of sense! I've been using the app ever since I brought home my Ather 450x, and I must say, both the scooter and the app are tremendously well-thought-out products.

One of my favorite features of the app is the live tracking of the vehicle. It's super convenient to be able to keep an eye on my scooter's status remotely. But what really takes the cake is the latest update that lets me stop or resume charging with just a few taps on the app. I mean, think about it - no more physically going to the vehicle to stop the charging (of course, you still need to unplug the charger, but that's a minor detail).

This feature is pure royalty, if you ask me! Imagine setting your vehicle to charge at midnight, and then being able to stop it remotely if needed. Or, say you're heading back home and want to start charging before you arrive - it's a breeze! The flexibility it offers is just fantastic.

The app's overall design and functionality are top-notch, making it a joy to use. I've had no issues with it so far, and the features just keep getting better with each update. If you're considering an Ather scooter, trust me, the app is a big part of the package.

In short, the Ather app is a masterclass in design and functionality. It's clear that the team behind it has put in a lot of thought into making the user experience as smooth as possible. Kudos to the Ather team - you're doing a great job! 🔌

### 1/5 — Ather app v12.5.2 is full of bugs

The most annoying thing that’s broken on this app is the ticketing system under “Contact Us”, which makes it extremely difficult to report other bugs and issues to Ather.

Here is what happens whenever I create a ticket: it initially shows me it’s waiting for Ather Support to respond. Then at some point in future I get notifications that I should respond to the ticket else it will auto-close. This happens without seeing any update from Ather support between the two points. This point onwards the behaviour becomes even more buggy because now any further comment I leave on the ticket show up as not from my but from “Ather Energy”. Didn’t expect such a buggy app from Ather. How are customers supposed to report issues when something as critical and fundamental as the support / ticketing system itself is broken?

Other basic things also don’t work like the “Lifetime Stats” section is forever stuck at some 2-months old stats. The numbers updated for 15-20 days after the purchase and are completely stale now.

I hope such issues will be looked into. Not having a working ticketing / complaint system is less than minimum expected from a company like Ather!
