I was pounding serves and the app said the speeds were between 45 and 65 MPH. There is no way. ### 2/5 — It’s doing something *2020-09-06, version 2.2* After using it for tennis 3x now I found out that if you serve closer to the middle the speeds are slower and not by a little. I’m doing pretty much the same serve and it goes from 60’s to 130’s when I’m close to the sideline. No where in the instructions does it mention this. So there is no real way to get an accurate read unless you have a radar gun and and try to sync up the speed and remember your serve location and camera placement. Even though it would be nice to have 136mph serve. I’ve had the same version for four or five years and I haven’t had a single update notification. But still a great app for measuring speed. I use it all the time to see how I’m improving on in my pitches in baseball which I like to pride in. I just purchased a small radar device and in comparison this app is very accurate for pitches down the middle of the plate. If he misses to the phone side it reads a little fast and if he misses to the far side away from the phone it reads a little slower. As long as you are throwing down the middle and the phone is exactly 20 feet to the side it is very accurate.
