## What is Athleap?

Athleap is a training tool for athletes who want to improve their performance. It is designed for more experienced lifters who already understand training and want a system that matches their level.

What you get:

• AI program builder. Tell Athleap your sport, focus, and constraints. It proposes a weekly skeleton with sets, reps, percentages, and coaching cues. Reject any exercise or day; it regenerates with your feedback.

• True periodization. Lifts that benefit from percentage-based programming get real curves across weeks and sets, visualized as graphs instead of buried in spreadsheets.

• Daily check-ins. Track body weight, sleep, protein, fatigue, soreness, or whatever matters to you. Customize every field. Saved days show up on a calendar so you see consistency, not just one-off effort.

• Injury awareness. Flag what is hurting on a body map. Athleap factors it into program suggestions and adjustments.

• Built for serious lifters. Athleap assumes you understand training and gives you the tools that match.

Supported sports include team sports (football, basketball, tennis, soccer), combat sports, and individual sports.

Athleap is in early access and is free up to two AI generated programs.
