Cash and in-person studios can now manage plans and class packs from the Billing tab, sell class packs to members as cash payments with a custom validity period, and choose between a plan or a pack when recording a cash payment. Includes a refreshed Registration section and minor fixes.

Registration fees
  • Studios can now charge a one-time or seasonal registration fee.
  • Pay yours in the app, or at the studio for cash-based studios.
  • Owners: set your amount and season under Billing → Registration,
    see at a glance who has paid, and mark cash payments or waive a fee.

  Cancellation policies
  • Studios can set their own cancellation cutoff, shown wherever
    you cancel a class.

  Booking & payments
  • Coupons now work on class packs.
  • Paying an overdue membership is clearer and settles the existing
    invoice instead of creating a new one.
  • Fixed: subscriptions cancelled from the billing portal no longer
    leave an open invoice behind.
