Seriously pops up every single time I look at track shipping for an order and considering that Athleta often breaks my orders into several shipments, the pop up is aggravating because it’s every time. My biggest issue with it is that it clears out your “Saved for later” list periodically without warning, so it makes it difficult to save products you want to check back on later from your cart page. You have effectively just wasted at least five minutes of my time. States “something went wrong” and “Refresh” It has been updated ### 1/5 — switched regions *2026-08-07, version 18.4.0* It randomly switched to the Canadian region from the USA, and it doesn’t change after uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Called Athleta CS and they said they couldn’t help me. ### 1/5 — History is a lie *2026-07-06, version 18.2.0* App claims 13 months of history is available however it’s more like 30, sometimes 60 if you’re lucky. It’s inconsistent and customer service says they have no way to escalate the complaint. Further, Athleta will only honor military discount in person yet won’t honor it when they don’t carry petite in store. They don’t care about honoring military families or actually FIXING purchase history drop off. I cannot believe they are so behind compared to Lulu who not only keep “what’s in my closet” they also offer personal shopping and military discount irrespective of purchase modality. Always the first place I would shop for fitness merchandise. About 1-2 months ago, I purchased two pairs of shorts. I realised that they were too big. Yesterday, I went to the app to check when I purchased them and were they a “final sale”. And all I got under “Purchase History” was this message “Something went wrong. Uh oh! We weren’t able to complete your request. Refresh to try again”. Of course I hit Refresh multiple times and just kept getting the same failure message. I thought clearly this must be a short term issue. I’ll try again tomorrow. Well I tried again today. And I received the exact same failure message. So I decided I would go into town to the store and just do the return. As Athleta App’s purchase history still didn’t work and the invoice didn’t indicate the shorts were a “Final Sale”, I assumed I could return them. Turns out actually they were a “Final Sale”. I wasted my precious time having to go to the store and find out they couldn’t actually be returned. And I wasted treated like I was trying to do something bad violating Athleta’s policy. Wow! How about FIX your APP and don’t waste customers time. ### 1/5 — Horrible updates *2025-08-22, version 15.6.2* Ever since the last two updates, the app just freezes and won’t show my favorites. It’s so annoying!! It will show that items have been favorited if I search them, but if I go to favorites, it says I have none and the app just freezes completely.
