## What is Athleteq.App?

Athleteq.App is a mental training app for athletes, coaches, and sports clubs.
  
  Athletes train the mental side of their game with a personal AI coach. You can have a private conversation with the AI
  coach by text or voice, and each week you get Mental Reps: personalised voice exercises created just for you. You also
  log regular check-ins about how you feel and how ready you are to perform. The app tracks your development over time
  with an AQ Score and other metrics so you can follow your progress.

  For coaches and clubs, the app shows aggregated, privacy-respecting insights into squad engagement and readiness. It
  never exposes the content of an athlete's private conversations with the AI coach.
