On their site they listed refund eligible but when needing a refund for services I NEVER got to use.

We had a wonderful experience using Athletes Untapped! Viki Kneis helped my daughter with her basketball skills. She looked forward to every session and learned so much from her! Highly recommend finding a trainer through Athletes Untapped...and if you're looking for someone for basketball...definitely reach out to Viki, she is amazing!
