The lack of understanding of a mistake, after correspondence about said mistake for several days, and especially in the wake of me having purchased the lesson package I intended to, is truly appalling, especially after having used this service many times in the past. But there’s a thread on Reddit about them treating other customers the same way so apparently this is normal behavior for this company. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the feedback. Your refund took far longer than it should have. A miscommunication on our team delayed it, and that's on us. The $320 has since been refunded. Thank you for sticking with us. If anything else comes up, email community@athletesuntapped.com and we’ll get you taken care of. ### 1/5 — DO NOT TRUST *2026-08-15* Crooks. My coach unexpectedly relocated to the west coast. I had already paid for sessions. I asked for a refund and they did everything BIT give me a refund. Still waiting a month later. I’m going to report fraud at this point ### 1/5 — Do NOT trust this service *2026-07-21* This app sucks. I hired a coach and she eventually deleted her account. I emailed the people asking for a refund and they suggested another coach who didn’t have the credentials I was comfortable with so instead I asked for a refund which under their own policy they owed me. Since I’ve asked for a refund they haven’t responded it has been over a month. Horrible customer service I do not suggest using the app either every time I opened it after requesting my refund the app has crashed. 0/10 stars. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-11-22* On their site they listed refund eligible but when needing a refund for services I NEVER got to use. **Developer response:** Hi there - we have a very client-friendly refund and cancellation policy. Link here: https://athletesuntapped.com/support/refund-credit-and-cancellation-policies/ If timing was your concern, apologies from our support team. We've grown our team since Nov 2025 and now have more robust resources to respond faster and make sure clients don't wait more than a few hours (tops) to hear from us. Assuming this has been resolved, we're sorry again for the frustration. If it hasn't, please email us asap at community@athletesuntapped.com and we'll get it squared away. ### 1/5 — Nice platform for a coach *2024-10-21* If you actually want a client it would be better if you used a different source. Nice work grabbing a few bucks for a background check. ### 5/5 — Super *2026-10-12* As a football coach I enjoy using the app with my clients! **Developer response:** Thanks coach!! ### 5/5 — Game Changing *2026-10-09* Highly highly recommend for any parent, love our coach! **Developer response:** Nothing more impactful for a young athlete than finding the right coach! ### 5/5 — Amazing refresh *2026-10-08* Been coaching on AU for a while. The new app is game-changing!! It’s always been a great platform and now the tech is top-notch too. I can share goals, homework, video feedback, and I have my own CRM for tracking all clients in the app. Wouldn’t be able to run my private coaching business without it! **Developer response:** Much appreciated! We love helping awesome coaches like you succeed :) ### 5/5 — Beautiful/simple Interface *2023-09-20* Awesome app with a very intuitive interface. Cool concept too! Fulfills all my needs as both a trainer and someone who is looking for training for my family. **Developer response:** Thanks Hugh!! ### 5/5 — 5 stars for Athletes Untapped *2023-09-19* We had a wonderful experience using Athletes Untapped! Viki Kneis helped my daughter with her basketball skills. She looked forward to every session and learned so much from her! Highly recommend finding a trainer through Athletes Untapped...and if you're looking for someone for basketball...definitely reach out to Viki, she is amazing! --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
