The balance now appears as 0 and I haven’t spent or withdrawn any of it. Can you investigate and reinstate the credits? However, I work in London so can’t use my home gym during the week. Athlo allows me to go to classes at lunchtime at a fair price. Within 5 minutes of signing up I had booked my first class. It’s really easy to use.
