ホーム画面にしていても自動的にオンされるのはなぜ？オフに設定できないのだろうか、全て英語なので色々見落としていると思うが、電話や電話帳までも連携されているようでなんだか怖くなり色々な端末と繋げていたが最低限にしました。便利ではありますがモニターを購入するまでの繋ぎにします。

This is one of my most used apps on multiple devices. I wish I can attach a screen shot because all my iPhones I use as cams and streamers all have 256gb but this app takes up 97% of my storage!!! I have contacted support so many countless times and have NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE EVER. I’ve spent hundredssss of dollars using their companion apps together on about six devices average and I pay for the highest tier package for years. But I can’t have any other apps on any of my phones and it’s getting out of control. Sadly I am going to have to delete. It just doesn’t make sense to me why the camera app AVS (this one) has to use 223gb of my memory I don’t get it and that’s just not practical. What are you storing on my devices?!?! Thought it was a cloud service. I’ve deleted almost all my local storage downloads and still nothing. It’s very suspicious!!!

OK so god forbid u need help w/ a problem and you need support. Know now, nonexistent.And the biggest problem that I have is that it takes up ridiculous memory  and one of the cameras I use an old iPhone 7 Plus, I swear to God I wish I can post a screenshot, it’s taking up 214 GB out of my 256 for my entire phone. So I pay for the highest level of cloud storage so I wish they I knew why the videos are still Being stored on My phone and also the cloud storage?even with all the bad stuff it’s still my favorite security monitoring app by far hands down…. WheN it Works…. Lol. Now with certain videos (they always happen to be the ones I need the most) up to two weeks later it’ll say “still in the process of loading check back later”. Now in the app, there is a contact form and a filed out email with your logs and customer numbers had filed out for u, which was a great 1st impression ,so I really believed I was going to get at least a generic robot automated response,let alone tech support. If they just had like one or two people answering emails at a decent rate To fix a little problem here and there, then it would be my favorite app I’ve ever come across in the entire App Store. But they never have responded to e reaching out probably 20 times in two years. Never got one response from their team

我用了3年一直非常稳定，前两天突然莫名其妙自动升级了，导致我根本无法启动和使用，升级了设备系统，也没用，联系他们的技术支持根本没人理睬，另外使用该应用手机会严重发热，不会超过半个月就会电池鼓胀而损坏，已经坏了两个手机，不过都是旧手机所以也无所谓，现在都在用冰袋，购买的订阅看样子只能捐赠了

挺好的一款软件，别动不动就升级好不好。要论功能肯定比不了现在的独立摄像头，你的定位是旧设备盘活。升级后版本低的老苹果就用不了，那花稍的功能谁会用这老掉牙的设备去用。这不一升级就闪退，根本进不去了，充的vip也作废了。也就是说要淘汰大部分老旧机型，那这款软件设立的初衷是为啥呢。忘考虑或保留老版本以供大家有更多选择。
