With this app, you’ll find HD instructional videos to guide you through your personalized exercise plan. Don't forget to select 'Mark as Complete' after finishing your exercises so you can track your progress!

This app also integrates with your phone’s Motion and Fitness framework to track your daily step count.
As you achieve milestones, you’ll earn trophies and medals to celebrate your achievements, which you can view in the 'Awards' tab.

My therapist when I first visited told me to download the app and there are exercises you can do at home at it has how to videos. Never said anything about just watching videos would have been considered a telehealth visit and I’d be charged each time. Luckily I slacked on this and only used them twice otherwise if I was doing this daily like they asked I would have been well over $1000 in charges. Then when I call to dispute they offer my a 5% discount. I have more physical therapy to do but I will not be going back to ATI. WHAT A SCAM

This app has helped me stay on track with my at home exercises and it has helped me communicate with my virtual therapist to adapt some exercises. The user experience would be better if the app allowed the user to mark streaks of previous days as completed (I’ve requested this in the feedback several times with no success)

I have set up my account on the search engine: can’t log in on app. I reset my password for the first time, succeeded, and proceeded to the app: still can’t log in saying password incorrect. Retried a second time: nope.
