You could hear them but it stayed on the start screen. Contacted customer support (which got back to me that night). They asked for screen shots and a short video. Shortly after they said they were gonna do an update and true to their word we got an update and the games work now. Rating them a 3.5 right now. Will adjust it to a 4 if they give me lifetime access like they said they would for the inconvenience. Will be testing the games out this week.
