So i should not be required to fill the arrival declaration separately. It should give me an option to automatically take list of items from the departure page that i just filled. Also there is no guideline at the airports for this. Only mumbai airport is trying half heartedly by asking if we have completed it online. I do not have the time nor roaming data to fill up the arrival crew declaration a second time with the same items that i filled in departure. ### 1/5 — Just like a trash *2025-08-31* App doesn’t allow you to register and login. It is surprising that after so many negative reviews since 2 years they didn’t make any effort to fix the very basic functionality of user registration. Error 413!” As if I can do anything except curse whoever made this app. Similarly, on the website, the submit button itself is only decorative. If you want it to work, you might have to do a tirth yatra, conduct a protest and claim you are lotus before it lets your pleas go through. What an embarrassment in the name of India. Fix the damn app and stop Geo blocking, you utterly incompetent morons. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-06-22* Great initiative but abysmal execution. Very slow and unreliable page loads. At all. *2025-12-24* Couldn’t get past the first step of registering because no countries showed up in the pick list/search box. ### 1/5 — Not that good *2025-11-03, version 2.2.6* The App looks useful but has some serious issues. Beware if entering any dates manually. I can’t be bothered scrolling for ever to enter a date so I usually just type it in. Despite the App displaying dates in the usual format ( dd/mm/yyyy) it takes manual input in the American format (mm/dd/yyyy). I didn’t discover this until after I registered. There is an option to update your profile. It doesn’t work. It will say it has saved the changes but the App will still have the old data in it. I liked that it’s clear without being overly complicated, and everything from filing details to payments is handled neatly in one place. ### 5/5 — Access *2024-06-12, version 1.3.0* This is a good app when I had signed up it did it very quickly. It has many service available the reason people don’t like is because they make mistake on signing up. It has many services in there I have not used it yet but it will be helpful at some point. Nice one India. 🔱❤️🔱 ### 4/5 — India Access Only *2024-11-02* After struggling like others to register with the app hanging at the submission phase on both the iOS app and website, I decided to try a VPN into India and magically everything worked! The interface was clunky but at least it worked. So apparently the customs website/app limits access to connections from India. An app like this shouldn’t be limited to India only traffic but it is what it is. ### 3/5 — Could do a lot better *2026-05-28* Reducing paper means making processes easier and effective.
