Once again they play us like fools. Any request I’ve put in has gotten zero results. ### 3/5 — Every new screen pops up a chat window *2025-12-03, version 3.3* I have to close the “click here to chat now” alert every single time I navigate to a new page. Turn the thing off!! Why in the WORLD would you think this is good UX?? ### 1/5 — Tickets not completed *2025-10-28, version 3.3* Over the years every time I have submitted a ticket for a pothole or another issue, they are marked as complete and never complete completed. If you want to file a complaint about a property, it has to be a one of a limited number of issues.
