It said the ride was confirmed and charged my credit card $60. Can didn’t show up. Called them and they said they don’t have any cabs. I asked for a refund and they said they didn’t know how. What??? I'm guessing because I live about a 8min drive to work (I choose to take a cab, so I'm not sweaty and tired when I get there because it's about a 30min walk). They tell me they've put the call out for some other driver to pick up because "we tried to force him, but he refused, so we had to suspend him" but I'm already 10mins late to work, so I had no choice but to run to work. No apologies, no notifications... Nothing. I nearly lost my job because of Checker Cab of Atlanta. ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2014-03-28, version 1.4.36* Ordered for a group of 15, got a single cab that could carry no more than four. App told me that cab had already picked up passengers before it even arrived. When my driver finally showed he told me about the app. It looks like an attempt to copy Über but all this one does is freeze up & then shuts down. I will be removing it from my phone.
