Can’t open app to get tickets. Restarted my phone, uninstalled the app, all to no avail. Wish I could just use Ticketmaster.

I find this to be completely unnecessary
it makes it actually more difficult to actually try to get help. Hawks should use their own app or state farm , and let people use ticketmaster without having to use this bad app.

Like others have mentioned.  Bought tickets from reseller. Tried to login with Ticketmaster account and kept getting an error message. Never was able to get logged in and get the accounts linked. Missed the event. This seems to be an old issue that’s never been fixed. Avoid this venue and app
