Straight forward, easy to navigate app. 

Useful info & reminder about pickup dates for curbside trash or recycling (& Holiday exceptions). 

So nice to be able to schedule pickup of larger items such as appliances, furniture (& size limitations involved), without having to chase around an automated phone system, M-F/8-5.

This tool is so useful to find out what I can and can’t recycle in Atlanta, but further than that, I can literally search the item and it’ll tell me where AND when I can recycle these materials. I am impressed with this app model, which shows how governments can make our lives easier and simplifies what used to be complicated in Atlanta. If you live in Atlanta, download this app and improve your community and your life! 5/5 stars

Customers should be able to take pictures and make videos of what needs to be picked up and be able to upload them to the site.

App design is simple and great.  No more forgetting to get the carts to the street until you hear the crews out front (quick shout out: our crews are great thank you!). Highly recommended app for any Atlantan who generates solid waste.
