Ever since the last update I have been getting an error saying “Unable to refresh your events.” I thought that there would for sure be a patch released relatively quickly to fix the issue and since we haven’t been playing due to the Leagues Cup I wasn’t too worried about it. However regular season play has now resumed and there has been no app update and I’m still unable to refresh my events. It’s rendered this app completely useless. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever. *2023-08-21, version 23.04.1359* We’ve been season ticket holders for years. The app always crashes, can’t access tickets or some other glitch occurs. Since we have to use app please make it usable ### 2/5 — Tickets unable to refresh since 6/22 *2023-07-08* When I look at my season tickets in the app, there is now always an error message saying, “Last updated on Jun 22. Unable to refresh your events.” There is an option to click a “RETRY” link, and it gives the same error message, but adds the following message beneath it - “Please check back later.” I’ve checked back for the last 2 weeks and the error message is always there. Old used tickets to the July 2nd match are still showing in my account. **Developer response:** Hello and thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Have a great week! ### 1/5 — App crashes *2023-07-01* It is literally impossible to buy additional tickets thru the app. When you select “buy tickets” you are shown a screen with all upcoming matches. Removing and reinstalling the app does not fix this, so I’m forced to turn off all app notifications. Soooooo, now that the season has started, maybe y’all should get around to fixing it. Like, three years ago... ### 1/5 — “Cannot connect” *2020-12-27* The app constantly fails to work at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling works for a while, but eventually it goes back to saying it cannot connect and keeps repeating that no matter how many times I hit the reload button. Mind you this is on the initial launch of the app! Can’t get past the splashscreen! Trying to email and transfer this many tickets is always a problem. The “transfer” tab on the bottom of the ticket never loads and when I’m finally about to transfer the tickets, that dreadful spinning icon comes on and about half the time, it ultimately says that “ there was a problem”. I’ve been working on this for an hour and have only been able to transfer 4 tickets. I keep closing the app and reopening it. I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled it.
