I felt very comfortable in the exam room and all my concerns were addressed. I did not feel rushed. You could talk to doctors which you would not be able to do without the app. I can ask the doctor a question and send a message and they get back to me. I can ask for refills on meds without having an appointment, I don’t know what else to say besides it is excellent. The text and email user engagement front-ends pieces helps a lot. The trend analysis reporting also helps see their health history clearly and assists in user proactive or corrective measures. Except your blood lab down the street in Clark really only one person working all the time. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else for blood work. Don’t get me wrong. The girl has a great attitude. Even during that time, MyChart made it possible for me to stay on top of everything. I could keep track of all my appointments without missing a beat, and the messaging feature let me reach out to my doctors and care team whenever I needed help. They always responded quickly with clear, helpful answers. My medication list was easy to access, and requesting refills took only a moment. They are professional, caring, and friendly. I can’t thank Dr. Goldman and Jessica enough for everything. They are both knowledgeable and great listeners. They take their time and truly care for their patients. My surgery and results went so well that I sometimes question if I was ever cut open. Dr. Goldman is an angel and so good at what she does. I’m forever thankful and grateful for her, Jessica, and the staff. People: A noticeable increase of care in how I was treated by the desk, in the ER with the nurse who was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. The doctor was delightful, knowledgeable of my situation and answered all questions. I was treated immediately, and felt a very positive change of how they handle patients.
