I was hoping to find a map of the site, be able to book the kids club, book a massage, see what activities are available at what time. See time tables for food, menus, book the Al la Carte. Instead it just tells you where all there other hotels are and let’s you check in early. Seems pointless as if you’re using the keycard QR you’re already checked in and why do I want to look at other hotels when I haven’t finished enjoying this one. Feedback for it IT team.
