It seems the only feature is early check in however I wasn’t aware of it until already here. I was hoping to find a map of the site, be able to book the kids club, book a massage, see what activities are available at what time. See time tables for food, menus, book the Al la Carte. Instead it just tells you where all there other hotels are and let’s you check in early. Seems pointless as if you’re using the keycard QR you’re already checked in and why do I want to look at other hotels when I haven’t finished enjoying this one. Feedback for it IT team. However the app is designed to allow you to book restaurants and spa and navigate through several other things during your stay. This simply doesn’t work. You need to check in every time you leave the app which means filling in a lengthy form. The app needs a lot of work. Just use the website, it’s much better. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — App works - just need to go to Home-Discover menu *2022-04-02* On the face of it, this app only seems to offer the ability to enter pre-checkin info when first arriving. HOWEVER - if you go to the Home option (the pyramid icon on the homepage of the app) and scroll to Discover and navigate to your hotel, there you will find the online a la carte restaurant booking system etc. Hope this helps.
