Really disappointing! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-01-12, version 5.45* Rubbish app doesn’t work when you try and login with the details provided to do so. Worked well last year. ### 1/5 — Does not open *2025-11-05* Trash ### 2/5 — Dysfunctional *2025-05-27, version 5.45* App has your digital key in so it’s should know your details, yet cannot make an automated booking, offers dining option which do not account due your specific party (example: age of kids) and generally is not personalised enough or friendly enough to be worth using. I have had to speak to staff every time I needed something. The hotel is great but the app is pointless ### 1/5 — Does work now *2023-05-14, version 1.8* This app worked well last year with things like making reservations on it for the restaurants. Now it just seems to hang with a blank white screen. No amount of restarts or reinstalls resolves the issues.
