### 1/5 — Stopped Working

*2025-12-12, version 3.2*

Stopped working, zero support, waste of time…

### 3/5 — Text is impossible to read

*2025-12-04, version 3.2*

Notifications are impossible to read within the app because it’s always bright white text against a bright white background, with no way to adjust the color of either 👎

### 2/5 — READ MY COMMENT IF YOU CANT REGISTER

*2025-08-23, version 3.2*

This app is NOT user friendly from the jump, even if you have never had this app downloaded the “register” option does NOT work. It never sent a code to my phone. After a few hours I decided to just choose “log in” instead and suddenly I’m receiving the codes to my phone and it let me create an account. I haven’t actually used the app yet, but considering I was about to delete it before even being able to make an account, I thought I’d post a review letting people know how to bypass that bug.

### 1/5 — Barely Functioning

*2025-03-26, version 3.2*

When I first downloaded the app I was able to use it. I receive alerts, but they are hours behind when the actual event has taken place. Recently, the app requested me to login. I’ve tried multiple times to send a verification code to my phone/email and never receive the code. Now I can’t open the app, but I am still receiving push notifications. It also doesn’t provide all the dispatch calls for the area.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all

*2024-12-18, version 3.2*

I logged in and tried to message my local PD, but I just get an error “Failed to create conversation, please try again.” My friends who have Android tell me it doesn’t work for them either.

### 2/5 — No password from clipboard

*2024-11-09, version 3.2*

Most people use a pw manager to store passwords, and the clipboard to move them from manager to app sign-in. This app does not allow a password from the clipboard.

### 1/5 — Pin

*2024-08-31, version 3.2*

Can’t even get a pin# to set up account! Requested multiple times.

### 1/5 — Unable to create account

*2024-07-15, version 3.2*

Since you can’t use the app without an account it is useless. It says a PIN code was sent but none received. It suggests resend and it fails to send. I have no problems receiving codes from any other app or websites.

### 1/5 — Can't read the alerts; no support

*2024-07-09, version 3.2*

Many of the alerts I receive from the town police can't be read as they are white text on gray. I can't find a setting to change, there is no explanation in the FAQs, and no one responds to requests for help. Kind of useless if they can't be read.

### 3/5 — Works but not great

*2024-06-27, version 3.2*

Map is buggy and offsets location incorrectly
