## What is Atlas Body?

Know if today is a hard day before you get out of bed.

Atlas turns the data your Apple Watch already collects into one readiness score, waiting for you each morning. It is built on your own HRV baseline, not a generic 0-to-100 scale.

No chest strap. No second wearable. No manual logging.

WHY ATLAS IS DIFFERENT

Most recovery apps want you to buy their hardware. Atlas reads the Apple Watch already on your wrist, and scores you against your own normal instead of a population average.

YOUR MORNING READINESS SCORE
Atlas syncs overnight and calculates your readiness before you wake up. See whether today is a day to go hard or dial it back, plus the specific factors that moved the number.

TRAINING BALANCE THAT RESPECTS FATIGUE
Fitness, fatigue, and form, tracked as three separate signals. Know whether you are loading, holding steady, or overreaching before the next session, not after.

HRV WITH A REAL BASELINE
Atlas builds two baselines: a 60-day trend for long-term direction, and a 7-day trend for acute fatigue. You will see suppression before you feel it.

AUTONOMIC LOAD INDEX
A three-component daytime stress score built on your personal Smallest Worthwhile Change thresholds. Atlas watches your HRV, your heart rate, and how fast you bounce back from stress, then tells you where you stand against your own normal.

SLEEP THAT EXPLAINS PERFORMANCE
Nightly stages, efficiency, and accumulated sleep debt, shown next to your recovery score so the connection is obvious.

ILLNESS SIGNAL, QUIETLY RUNNING
Atlas watches for the pre-symptomatic pattern: elevated resting heart rate, elevated respiratory rate, and suppressed HRV, holding together for two days. Most days you will never see it. The day you do, you will know hours before you feel off.

AUTOMATIC BACKGROUND SYNC
Atlas syncs whenever new Apple Watch data arrives. Your dashboard stays current without a manual refresh.

YOUR DATA, HANDLED HONESTLY
Your health data is encrypted in transit and stored securely so Atlas can compute your scores and your long-term baselines. We never sell it, never share it, and never use it for advertising. Delete your account and it goes with you.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-03

Atlas on your Home Screen.

Readiness, stress, sleep, training load, balance and HRV, all in one glance. Pick the small widget for readiness on its own, or medium and large for all six.

Every number gets a ring, and fuller is always better. You can read the widget before you read the numbers. A training balance drifting into the danger zone empties its ring, and you'll catch it without doing any maths.

It shows up on your Mac desktop, too.

On Athlete and above, the medium and large sizes add a line telling you what the day adds up to.

### 1.4.4 — 2026-07-27

This update fixes an issue where the prompt asking you to rate Atlas never appeared for free accounts. If you have been using Atlas and have not been asked what you think, that is why.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-07-26

This update improves sign-in reliability. We fixed an issue that could unexpectedly sign you out or show a "session expired" message, so you'll stay logged in and your data keeps syncing without interruption. Thanks for using Atlas!

### 1.4.2 — 2026-07-17

Fixed an issue where Recovery and Stress detail screens could show the wrong access level for your subscription tier, out of sync with what appeared on the dashboard.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-07-16

More of your dashboard is now visible for free, and upgrading is smoother.

MORE VISIBLE ON THE FREE PLAN
Your current HRV, recovery, and sleep previews now appear right on the
dashboard instead of behind a lock. The deeper analysis (trends, baselines,
and drivers) stays part of the paid plans.

  FIXES
Tapping a locked card now shows what upgrading unlocks, instead of a blank screen.
A lapsed subscription now correctly shows the option to renew.
The dashboard updates right away when your plan changes.
