## What is Atlas?

Accounts are provided by BRJ administrators. Dashboard: See the submission pipeline at a glance, with counts for every stage. Track submission trends, revenue and how long papers spend in each stage. "Needs attention" shortcuts highlight papers that are waiting on action. Submissions: Browse, search and filter all submissions in a
list or a Kanban board. Create new submissions and upload manuscript files. Move papers through review, corrections, acceptance and publication. Manage co-authors and assign papers to a journal
and issue. Prepare review reports with a guided step-by-step wizard. Preview, edit and send template emails to authors, including acceptance letters, review reports and issue launch notices. View email conversations with the corresponding author, and export submission lists to CSV. Publishing: Manage journals, volumes and issues. Assign and remove papers from an issue, and launch issues when they are ready to publish. Invoices: Create and edit invoices for authors. Open invoice PDFs and share payment links. Track payment status across all invoices. Authors: Search the author directory and view full author profiles. Add and edit author details, including contact
and shipping information. Administrators can reset author portal passwords. Built for work on the go: Role-based access for Admin, Finance and Print teams.
