Extras never mentioned in the app. ### 1/5 — Discriminated against disabled passengers *2019-08-20, version 30.1.3* My mother used Atlas to get a taxi back from the airport. She’s disabled. She asked the cab driver to help her take her cases up the stairs - he then got in the car slammed the door and drove off leaving her in the middle of the night. When we ring up to complain the company puts the phone down on us. Discrimination at its best and employees are rude. They don’t care. Do not use! ### 1/5 — General service and app terrible *2019-08-16, version 30.1.3* I used to travel with Atlas a lot, when they were a Minicab company you phoned up. have gone down dramatically in terms of reliability and service. Is booked a cab on the app and when it didn’t turn up it said “cancelled” and I called them. They had no cars in my area so cancelled the trip. No notification, or apology. Just one example of very low reliability. ### 1/5 — The worst car service in London. *2018-12-08, version 30.1.3* They are not professional at all! I DO NOT recommend them ### 1/5 — Useless *2014-12-18, version 20.0.0* They offer a discount when booking through the app and for paying by credit card, but once you book, their 'company policy' won't allow for it! Avoid at all cost, it's a rip off and a waste of space! ### 1/5 — Uber über Atlas *2014-11-09, version 20.0.0* App allows you to book taxi's just outside of London. You then receive a phone call where someone rudely tells you they don't service that area and implies that you're an idiot for not knowing that. Why does the app allow it then? Thankfully there's Uber now. ### 1/5 — Not able to view payment method *2013-07-26, version 1.1.5* I fill in all the information needed and when I go to payment method, it's just a blank screen and a back button.... Please fix! ### 1/5 — Atlas Cars are a rip off use Hailo *2013-03-28, version 1.1.5* Wow!!! What a terrible experience. Used their (poor) app to book a journey from Fulham to Clapham Junction (2.9 miles) for an early morning drop off. Got quoted £10.50. Seemed fair. Got to Clapham after the driver had taken a tortuous back route (@7am) to avoid traffic to be told I owed £17. £6 a mile. Real shame as have used them lots before and thought they were quite good. Won't be using them again or recommending them. At least with Hailo the cabbies know where they are going and the trip is properly metered. #hailo Would give a zero if available. ### 2/5 — Terrible App, unreliable “confirmed” bookings *2018-02-25, version 30.1.2* Impossible to change the users phone number, get a message that says “number already in use did you mean to login?” And when bookings are confirmed don’t be surprised if the taxi doesn’t show up just to be told over the phone that the booking was confirmed but no driver assigned. ### 2/5 — They misquote and overcharge *2014-03-04, version 10.0.0* DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Atlas Cars quoted me a price (including waiting time) on the phone to pick up my parents from Heathrow airport. The driver was very unhelpful and did not even help load and unload the suitcases and then overcharged us by £10. Despite our protests, the driver drove off telling us to "sort it" with the operator. However, when I called the operator, he told me that he had no history of me making such a booking (despite the fact that one of his drivers had just picked up my parents), told me I was lying and then slammed down the phone on me.
