HOW IT WORKS
Atlas allows you to build a digital business card based on your real world contact information. When you update your profile, Atlas updates your entire network automatically for you. Inside your Atlas profile, you can store as much or as little as you like, with the option to include your work history, education, and work and personal contact information.

Your Atlas profile is designed to be shared, but on your terms. When you make a new connection, you choose how you know that person, which determines how much information you share. Friends and Family Members can see your entire profile, while New Acquaintances see very little. You can edit your settings at any time.

When you connect, Atlas requires that you share your personal ID number with the receiving connection. Why do we ask for this? We want to make sure you know the person and it makes finding and connecting to the right person immediate. Also, when you connect, Atlas allows you to store personal notes that are assigned to your new contact – just like you normally would on the back of a business card. Need more detail, we provide a formal opportunity tracking tab specifically for helping you organize your business immediately.

Atlas allows all Contact and Opportunity data to be exportable so that you can more easily use it. No catches or questions asked.

I have immediately imported my ridiculous collection of business cards. It helps a ton to lighten the wallet and have confidence that contact info will be current. I’ve also been exploring the CRM, and I suspect I’ll be using it a lot in the near future.
