## What is Atlas?

Atlas is the personal life dashboard. One app for every part of your life — tracked, organized, and always up to date.

Most trackers pick one thing and go deep. Atlas brings your whole life together across five areas — Health, Wealth, Lifestyle, Relationships, and Growth — so nothing lives in a separate app you forget to open.

TODAY, AT A GLANCE
Your daily goals in one place — steps, sleep, hydration, protein, mindfulness, and more — sorted into what's done, what's on track, and what still needs attention. Tap any day to see how it went.

AI COACH
Ask Atlas anything about your data — "how's my sleep this month?", "am I drinking enough water?" — and get a real answer grounded in your numbers. Tell it what you ate or drank and it logs it for you, with a quick tap to confirm.

EFFORTLESS LOGGING
Log a meal by photo, text, or barcode and Atlas estimates the calories and macros. Add water, caffeine, workouts, weigh-ins, and more in a couple of taps — or let Apple Health sync it automatically.

HEALTH
Steps, sleep, heart rate, weight, body composition, workouts, mindful minutes, hydration, and nutrition. Apple Health syncs natively; every sample becomes a typed record you can browse, chart, and trend over months and years. Training load, heart-rate zones, pace trends, streak heatmaps, and a lifetime personal-records board turn your workout history into a real training log.

WEALTH
Net worth, account balances, transactions, and holdings — pulled from Monarch Money and laid out across every view. See the trajectory of every account, not just today's number.

LIFESTYLE
Golf rounds and handicap from GHIN, with scoring stats, club distances, and course-by-course history built from your own rounds. Range and combine sessions from TrackMan and Rapsodo. Dive logs from PADI. The long record of how you spend your time outside of work.

RELATIONSHIPS
The interactions worth remembering — calls, dinners, meaningful moments — on a clean timeline of who you connected with and when.

GROWTH
Books, courses, practice sessions, career events, and journal entries — the personal-development surface you can actually look back on.

WEEKLY REVIEW & INSIGHTS
A weekly recap across every area, plus quiet, rule-based insights that surface real patterns in your data — no hype, no guesses.

APPLE WATCH & WIDGETS
Check your goals and quick-log water or caffeine from your wrist. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep Steps, Water, and Macros one glance away.

GET STARTED
Sign in with Apple or Google. Connect Apple Health on first launch. Add Monarch, GHIN, TrackMan, Rapsodo, Beyond the Whiteboard, or PADI as you go. Everything else can be logged manually.

Atlas is built for the long view. Years from now, the trajectory matters more than today's number.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.7.0 — 2026-08-11

Catch up on anything you forgot to log — plus two new things to track.

• Log the past: every quick-log sheet now has a date and time, so a drink from last Friday lands on last Friday. Ask the Coach to fill in a whole trip at once — "two espressos a day, July 25 to August 1" — and confirm it with one tap instead of sixteen.
• Fill data gaps: a new wizard on the Log sheet walks back through the last 30 days, one question at a time. Add what you remember, mark a day as none, or skip it and move on.
• The daily check-in now shows what it estimated before anything saves, with a field for each meal — so a wrong calorie count gets fixed before it lands, not hunted down afterwards.
• Drinks you mention in a meal now count as drinks. "A beer with dinner" reaches your alcohol log, not just your calories.
• Movies: a watch log with 1–5 star ratings, charted over time.
• Dining: a restaurant visit log — where you ate, what kind of food, how it rated — with visits pulled in from calendar reservations, dining transactions, and your photo library.

### 1.6.6 — 2026-07-21

A ground-up visual refresh and the foundation for your money in Atlas.

• A whole-app redesign: bolder numbers, cleaner cards, one consistent look across Today, Goals, Browse, and every metric page.
• Goals, rebuilt: filter your goals with quick chips, drag to reorder them, and read every chart the same way — white line is you, green line is the target.
• A new Finance view: today's spending, income, and a 7-day trend at a glance, with transaction search across all your accounts. Bank linking via Plaid is rolling out now.
• Metric pages got sharper — accurate histories, compact units, smarter empty states, and one-tap goal adjustments right from Today.
• Dozens of fixes from beta feedback — thank you to everyone who sent reports.

### 1.6.5 — 2026-07-15

Recovery you can act on, reminders that actually arrive, and a more accessible Atlas.

• Push notifications now deliver reliably — your daily recap, logging reminders, and nudges land on your phone.
• Recovery, deepened: a bedtime-consistency score, rolling sleep debt, nap tracking, and a recovery-aware Coach that reads last night's sleep, HRV, and readiness before it answers.
• A gentle wind-down reminder 45 minutes before your usual bedtime (opt-in).
• Log meals with Siri — just say "log a meal" or "log yesterday's meals again."
• New option to run your meal and check-in reminders on this device, so they arrive even when push is unavailable.
• Onboarding now lets you choose which life areas you want to track.
• See at a glance which meals you've logged today, right on the Today screen.
• The whole app now scales with your accessibility text size (Dynamic Type).
• Groundwork for connecting WHOOP for recovery, HRV, and strain.

### 1.6.4 — 2026-07-15

The training release. Atlas now reads your workouts the way a coach would — how hard you're pushing versus your own last month, where your records stand, and whether today should be a push or a rest day.

• Training load on the Workouts view: your last 8 weeks of volume with a simple read — lighter than usual, in your usual range, or above it.
• Workout details grew up: time in heart-rate zones, and for strength sessions, every set with weight × reps.
• Personal records on your profile: most steps in a day, biggest burn day, longest workout, and more.
• Streak heatmaps: a calendar of goal hits at a glance on every metric page.
• Running pace and cycling speed trends across your recent workouts.
• Set a workouts-per-week goal and track it like any other average goal.
• The Weekly Review gained a Training section: day-by-day volume, your workout mix, and the week's PRs.
• Ask the coach "should I take a rest day?" — it answers from your actual training data now.
• New caffeine home-screen widget with one-tap logging, plus Control Center quick-log.
• Apple Watch: a Goals section on every scope page and a per-domain rollup on Today.
• Polish throughout: live counting numbers as data lands, cleaner area heroes, notifications that open the right screen, editable manual workouts, and dozens of smaller fixes.

### 1.6.3 — 2026-07-13

A cleaner nutrition experience, and a redesign for every detail page.

• Recipes: build a food from its ingredients, set how many servings it makes, and log it by the serving.
• Redesigned detail pages — one clean layout across workouts, meals, rounds and more: a headline stat, then easy-to-scan rows.
• Track alcohol against a daily limit, right alongside your other goals.
• Deeper nutrition: fiber, saturated fat, cholesterol, potassium, calcium and iron, each with its own daily chart.

Plus dozens of polish fixes across Today, Browse, and goals.
