I put on 9.5lbs of muscle since June! This app helps me understand how my food intake affects my fitness goals. It’s easy to use, great graphics and has all the info I need.

Whoever made this app knows exactly what they’re doing. Getting fit and eating healthy has always been a strain on the wallet for me, but now I see there are so many ways to hit all my numbers cheaply.
